Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Social Science Review Archives strives to provide high-quality access to scholarly articles for researchers and institutions. We offer subscriptions based on various individual and institutional needs. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be granted.

2. Subscription Cancellations

  • Annual subscriptions: Cancellations made within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made beyond 30 days, a prorated refund will be calculated based on the remaining unused portion of the subscription.
  • Single article purchases: Refunds for single article purchases are processed only if access issues prevent downloading or viewing the article. Technical problems reported within 48 hours of purchase will be addressed promptly, and a full refund will be issued if the issue persists.

3. Ineligibility for Refunds

  • Accidental purchases: We understand that accidental purchases can occur. Please contact us within 24 hours of the purchase with proof of your error (e.g., screenshots) for a full refund.
  • Content dissatisfaction: Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the content of specific articles or archives. We encourage users to carefully review the article descriptions and sample pages before purchase.
  • Duplicate purchases: Users are responsible for avoiding duplicate purchases. Refunds will not be issued for duplicate orders placed accidentally.
