Abstract

The purpose of this research is to assess the Intelligence and Management Performance: An Interactive Role of Knowledge Sharing Culture in the Pharmaceutical Sector in KP. Using a cluster sampling method, the sample was taken from the population of the study, which consisted of all of the top management individuals working in the numerous pharmaceutical companies owned by KP. The findings of the study indicate that intelligence has a significant relationship with managerial performance. Furthermore, the culture of knowledge-sharing moderates the relationship between emotional intelligence and managerial performance. Furthermore, such a culture also moderates the relationship between cultural intelligence and managerial performance. Additionally, it does not moderate a significant association between social intelligence and cognitive intelligence with the relationship of managerial performance. This is the case because it does not moderate the relationship.
