Abstract

Management is the process of planning, organizing leading, controlling the work of organizational members, and using all available organizational resources to reach the organizational goals. The management is the way of presenting the art of organization to accomplish the goals. The management is the way of presenting the art of organization to accomplish the goals. Management is the process of getting work done effectively, efficiently, and through other people to achieve expected goals, which is managing resources, employees, and other obstacles to the organization to fulfill its goals and teacher coordination. So that the training of instructors can be planned and organized.

In this study, a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale was conducted on 400 teachers by using a simple stratified sampling technique. The teacher’s coordination is measured separately, which has 23 items. The results showed that teachers’ coordination has a great value.
